Roles we play
For Honey-B2024 business records, including enquiries, contracts and accounts, the company acts as data controller. For documents and evidence processed through a platform on a client’s instructions, the applicable client agreement defines the parties’ controller and processor roles.
Security and agreements
Honey-B2024 applies access controls, encryption in transit and least-privilege access to client data. Security practices are reviewed as the platforms and client base develop.
Where required, clients may request a data processing agreement as part of their compliance or procurement process.
Incident handling
Potential personal data breaches are assessed promptly. Where Honey-B2024 acts as controller, notifications are made to the ICO and affected individuals when UK data protection law requires them. Where it acts as processor, the relevant controller is notified in accordance with the applicable agreement.
