By using this website or a platform governed by these terms, you accept the terms below. A signed client agreement takes priority where its terms differ.
1. Who we are
Honey-B2024 Ltd is registered in England and Wales under company number 15744305. Its registered office is 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE.
2. Use of our platforms
BidSmith ASF, DocCute and other Honey-B2024 platforms are decision-support tools. They help identify requirements, organise evidence and prepare structured drafts for human review. They do not replace independent legal, environmental, financial or professional advice and do not guarantee a procurement, compliance or commercial outcome. Users are responsible for reviewing, verifying and approving outputs before relying on, submitting or acting on them.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of documents and evidence you upload. You confirm that you have the right to provide the material and permit it to be processed for the agreed service purpose.
4. Our content
Website content, design and branding are owned by Honey-B2024 Ltd or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission except where law or an applicable agreement permits.
5. Availability
We aim to keep the website and platforms available and accurate, but do not promise uninterrupted access. Services may be updated, suspended or withdrawn.
6. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Honey-B2024 Ltd is not liable for loss arising from reliance on platform outputs that have not been independently reviewed and approved, or from use outside their intended purpose. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply.
